Who do you work with?

Founders, owners and leadership teams of startups and small-to-mid-sized businesses — across B2B and professional services, e-commerce and consumer brands. If you're ambitious about growth and ready to act, we'd like to hear from you.

What happens on the free consultation?

A 30-minute call to understand your goals, challenges and where you are today. If we're a good fit, we'll follow up with a short proposal outlining scope, timeline and investment. There's no obligation either way.

Do you only advise, or do you also help execute?

Both. We lead the strategy and then support execution alongside your team or existing partners — setting priorities, overseeing initiatives and measuring results so the plan actually gets delivered.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work with clients remotely by default, using video calls and shared workspaces, and can arrange in-person workshops when they add real value.

How is pricing determined?

By scope. Strategy Sprints are a fixed fee; Growth Partnerships and Advisory are billed monthly. You'll receive a clear written proposal before any work begins — no surprises.

How soon will we see results?

You'll have clarity and a prioritized plan within the first few weeks. Commercial results depend on your market and starting point, so we agree measurable targets together up front and report against them as we go.
